1. Data We Collect

We collect:

• Account details such as your name, username, profile photo, and contact information.
• Usage information including device identifiers, session logs, and the prompts or creative settings you submit.
• Assets you upload or generate, including both public and private creations, solely to provide Platform features.

2. How We Use Data

We use collected data to operate the Platform, personalize your experience, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important updates. We may showcase public creations to inspire the community and support marketing efforts, but private or hidden creations stay private unless you explicitly publish them.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share information with trusted service providers who help us run fiddl.art, with advertising partners to measure and improve our ads (Meta and Reddit, described in sections 7 and 8), or when required by law, to enforce policies, or to protect the safety of users.

4. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use strong passwords and keep them confidential.

5. Your Choices

You can update profile information, delete content, or close your account at any time in account settings. Deleting content removes our license to use it, except to the extent we must retain records for legal or security reasons.

7. Meta Advertising and Measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API on fiddl.art and go.fiddl.art to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. They record events such as page views, sign-ups, logins, searches, creations, checkouts, and purchases.

The data may include event details (for example the model used, an order's value, or a search term entered on the browse page), IP address, user agent, hashed email, hashed phone number, hashed account ID, and Meta click or browser identifiers. We do not send your prompts or your uploaded or generated content to Meta, and these tools stay off on pages whose address contains a prompt or a sign-in token.

We may also give Meta a list of hashed email addresses of customers, so Meta can measure our ads and show them to people with similar interests. We hash each address before it leaves our systems, and Meta uses the hashed values to match them with its users.

On go.fiddl.art, Tracking choices in the footer turns this off, and it stays off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. On fiddl.art, email social@fiddl.art to be left out of the customer lists we share with Meta, and use "Your activity off Meta technologies" in Meta's Accounts Center to disconnect the activity Meta receives from us.
